Husband and wife owners Kristina and Jim DeRolf are also proud parents to four girls and their newly opened shop exudes family vibes with a cozy nook for sampling.

A carefully curated collection of gifting items from specialty pastas to tapenades grace one wall while rows of canisters line up with guests sampling the varietals of EVOO and vinegar available.

Events are also on the menu, with those in the know clamoring to book private sampling parties where charcuterie spreads and cocktail pairings play starring roles.

We slowly sampled our way through the store, trying every oil and vinegar imaginable, from bacon infused to jalapeño and beyond, before bringing home a selection of our favorite oils in 100 ML bottles, plus a Parmesan Garlic pasta that turned, easily, into weeknight dinner perfection.
